Master Terms of Service

These Master Terms of Service (“Master Terms”) govern use of autosecurelogin.com, its subdomains, and the applications, tools, forms, communications and services operated by ASL LLC, doing business as Auto Secure Login (“we”, “us”). By using a service you agree to these Master Terms, to the Privacy Policy, and to any app-specific terms that apply. They replace the terms dated August 18, 2026.

1. Scope and app-specific terms

Each set of App Terms listed below is part of and incorporated into these Master Terms. App Terms supplement these Master Terms; if they conflict, the App Terms control only for that application and the conflicting subject.

• ASL Files — Encrypted file storage behind other ASL products, plus a password-protected way to send one file out.
• ASL Games — Six original Android games, led by a prison-life career that has no final turn.
• ASL Help Engine — In-product help that answers only from reviewed sources and cites every claim.
• ASL Intake — Bilingual intake and matter workflows for legal and professional-service organizations.
• ASL Meet — Private video meetings for up to four people with account-free guest links.
• ASL Messaging — Direct and group messaging built into your ASL product.
• ASL Municipal Utilities — Utility billing, resident service and town operations.
• ASL PC Steward — Diagnostics for the Windows computer it is installed on, with nothing uploaded automatically.
• ASL Recovery Center — Get deleted files back on Windows, with a written record proving every byte.
• ASL Shredder — Removes data, then issues a signed receipt that claims only what was actually proven.
• ASL Supervision — Court-authorized device monitoring that records the authority it runs under and refuses anything outside it.
• ASL Therapy — Practice operations, documentation, scheduling, billing and client engagement for behavioral-health practices.
• ASL Tickets — Every request your team gets, tracked and owned, inside the product they already use.
• ASL Timestamp Anchor — Independent proof that a file existed at a moment in time, without uploading the file.

Some of what we build is internal or research work — ASL Command Center, ASL Vault, ASL Aegis, ASL Media Worker, FaceScan, FaceOff, PlateScan and ASL Product Vision — and is not offered to the public; if you are given access to one of them, these Master Terms and any written agreement apply. We may add, rename or retire applications and their App Terms over time.

2. Eligibility, accounts and security

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and may use each service only for authorized purposes. Where a service needs an account, keep your credentials, devices and recovery methods secure. Authenticator codes, security keys, enrolment codes, recovery methods and active sessions are account security material: protect them, remove a lost device promptly, and never share a factor or code so that another person can use your account. You are responsible for activity through your accounts and must tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Some products issue accounts only to approved organizations, and there is no public sign-up for them.

3. Permitted use

You may not use a service for fraud, deception, harassment, impersonation, stalking, unlawful discrimination, spam, prohibited content, privacy or intellectual-property violations, unauthorized access, system interference, or attempts to bypass security, monitoring or provider controls. Security and monitoring tools — Network Sentinel, ASL Scan, SignalLab, BandSight, ASL X-Ray and ASL Supervision among them — may be used only on systems, networks, devices, spectrum and people you own or are expressly authorized, in writing where the App Terms require it, to assess or supervise. Lookup and research tools may not be used to make decisions about a person's employment, housing, credit, insurance or eligibility, or for surveillance.

4. Your information, content and outputs

You keep every right you have in information and content you submit. You give us a limited permission to process it as reasonably needed to operate, protect and improve the service you requested, and for nothing else; we do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it, for its accuracy, and for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them. What a product generates for you — a document, a report, a transcript, speech from your own voice profile — is yours to use, with the exceptions a product's own page states.

5. AI-assisted features

Some products use automated systems, including outside AI models, to classify, search, transcribe, draft, translate or summarize. The Privacy Policy says which products do, and which do not. Automated output is a draft for a person to review, not a finding, a verification, an approval or advice; it can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. A product that cites sources cites them so you can check, and a product that declines to answer does so on purpose. Where a product says an automated result never authorizes anything on its own — a face comparison, a plate read — that is a promise about the product's design, and you may not use the output as though it did.

6. Professional and public-interest information

Services may organize legal, policy, health, payroll, safety or public-resource information. They do not replace qualified professionals, agencies, official sources or emergency services, and using them creates no attorney-client, clinical, fiduciary or confidential relationship with us. Translations, estimates and summaries may contain errors. In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local resource.

7. Payments, credits and donations

Where a product has a price, the price is stated on the product itself before you pay. Card payments are taken on our payment processor's hosted checkout, and we do not hold card numbers. One-time credit packs are consumed per action at the rates the product shows and, where the product says so, do not expire. Purchases inside an app store or the Microsoft Store are governed by that store's terms, including its refund process. Donations are voluntary, unlock nothing and are non-refundable except where the law requires. Refunds, renewals and cancellations for a paid product follow the product's own stated policy or your written agreement. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If a payment for a subscription fails, we tell you and give you a reasonable period to fix it before access is limited.

8. SMS and MMS terms

When you voluntarily provide a mobile number and affirmatively select the separate, unchecked consent box, you agree to receive informational and customer-care SMS and MMS messages from Auto Secure Login for the identified program. Messages may include confirmation, clarification questions, scheduling and follow-up. Frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per inquiry, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; we may send one final opt-out confirmation. Consent is not a condition of purchase and applies only to the identified program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information or SMS opt-in and consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Every program has a public consent page in the SMS/MMS opt-in directory, and the Master SMS/MMS Terms form part of these Master Terms.

9. Third-party services

Services depend on outside providers: hosting, telecommunications, email, payment processing, app stores, map and retail data, public records, AI models and, for Outside Access, a correctional messaging service with which we are not affiliated. Their terms may apply to you, and we do not control their availability, decisions, content, monitoring or delivery. A third party may delay, reject, modify or review a delivery, and we do not promise delivery or a delivery time.

10. Intellectual property

Auto Secure Login software, design, branding, text, graphics and documentation are protected by law. Unless we agree in writing, you receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use a service as intended. A product sold as an owned licence is licensed, not sold, on the terms of that licence, and a perpetual licence keeps working on the version you have. Trademarks of third parties belong to their owners, and naming one does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

11. Availability, changes and early-access features

Every product page states the current status of each of its surfaces: Live, Available now, Early access, or In development. Early-access and in-development features may change, contain errors or stop without notice, and we do not promise that a feature, integration, source or result will remain available. Where a product says a capability is switched off, held, or not yet offered, it is not available regardless of anything else on the page.

12. Your data, export and exit

Your data is yours. Products that hold data for you offer export from inside the product wherever the product page says so, and we do not charge a fee to give you your own data. For organizations, retention, export and deletion are written into the agreement before it starts, not discovered at the exit. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy and may be delayed only by a legal hold, a valid preservation demand, an active security investigation or a documented dispute. Some products keep specific records after deletion — accounting records, append-only security records, a permanently reserved tunnel name — and say so on their page.

13. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, systems, providers or rights, to comply with legal requirements, or to investigate suspected violations, and we will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it. You may stop using a service at any time. Where an account can be closed from inside the product or by request, Section 12 governs what happens to your data.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, results, delivery, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose, and a search of public records is not a verification of anything. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Responsibility, governing law and disputes

You are responsible for claims resulting from your unlawful use, your content, or your infringement of another's rights. These terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction; either of us may seek an injunction to protect intellectual property or confidential information in any court with jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

16. Changes and contact
