Colorado SOMB & DORA Access Applications Terms & Conditions
These application-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern two independent public-access and complaint-assistance applications operated by ASL LLC under the Auto Secure Login software portfolio.
- Colorado SOMB Standards, Provider & Complaint Access, including somb.autosecurelogin.com, its installable web application, public provider and standards search, and the Colorado SOMB Complaint Access telephone service.
- ASL Colorado License & Complaint Access, including dora.autosecurelogin.com, the ASL Colorado License Access Android application, public Colorado license search, and DORA complaint-assistance telephone service.
Relationship to the Master Terms
These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for the Colorado Complaint Access Applications and the conflicting subject.
Independent service
ASL LLC is not the Colorado Sex Offender Management Board (“SOMB”), the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (“DORA”), the State of Colorado, a licensing board, a law firm, or a government agency. The applications are not represented as being operated, endorsed, or approved by SOMB or DORA.
Services and limitations
Depending on the application and available features, ASL LLC may provide public provider or license searches, source-linked SOMB standards information, telephone intake, complaint drafting, PDF and transcript generation, evidence intake, optional document delivery, and caller-authorized filing assistance.
Search results and automated answers are informational. An identified standard, statute, rule, or complaint category is a possible match, not a finding. SOMB, DORA, or another authorized agency determines jurisdiction, investigates facts, and decides outcomes. The applications do not provide legal representation, legal advice, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Alexa voice lookups
The ASL Colorado License Lookup and ASL Colorado SOMB Lookup Alexa skills are lookup-only voice interfaces for public license, provider, and standards information. They do not collect complaint facts, prepare complaint documents, authorize filing, submit complaints, use account linking, request Alexa permissions, or make purchases. A spoken lookup query is sent by Amazon to ASL LLC for transient processing and a response. Do not include private treatment details, case numbers, contact information, or other sensitive information in an Alexa lookup.
Public data and user responsibilities
Provider, license, standards, and agency information may come from public Colorado sources. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, changed, or unavailable. Confirm important information through the official source or verification link supplied with a result.
You are responsible for accurate information, reviewing generated documents, correcting errors, selecting the intended provider or licensee, identifying recipients, and meeting deadlines, signature rules, and agency requirements. Do not provide information you are not authorized to disclose or unnecessary sensitive information.
Anonymous complaints and filing status
Where an agency permits an anonymous complaint, the application may help prepare one. Anonymous filing can limit follow-up or investigation. A complaint is not filed merely because it was discussed, drafted, or delivered to you. ASL LLC labels a complaint submitted only after caller authorization and a successful agency or delivery confirmation. “Prepared—not filed,” “authorized—confirmation pending,” “submitted,” and “accepted for review” are different statuses.
Caller-attended agency verification
If an agency requires a caller to complete a human-verification step, the application may relay the unmodified challenge to the caller during the attended telephone session. ASL LLC does not promise that an agency website, form, verification challenge, or integration will always be available.
SMS and MMS terms
Text messaging is optional and is not required to search public information, prepare a complaint, authorize filing, or receive email delivery. After a caller affirmatively opts in, ASL LLC may send complaint PDFs, call transcripts, filing receipts, evidence-delivery acknowledgments, verification requests, and case-status updates. ASL LLC does not send marketing messages through this program.
Message frequency varies by case, typically two to eight messages per case. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Colorado SOMB Complaint Access toll-free program uses (844) 932-0881. ASL Colorado License & Complaint Access uses (720) 868-2282. Review the public SMS opt-in workflow.
Mobile applications, privacy, and communications
The Android and installable web applications are alternate access methods for the same ASL LLC services. Device, browser, operating-system, app-store, carrier, and network terms may also apply. Do not use an application on a shared or monitored device if doing so would create a privacy or safety concern.
The Privacy Policy and the Colorado Complaint Access service privacy notice explain information handling. SMS, MMS, and ordinary email are not guaranteed to be private. Select telephone numbers, email addresses, devices, and trusted recipients appropriate for sensitive complaint documents.
Acceptable use
You may not impersonate another person, knowingly submit false information, harass or threaten someone, evade lawful security controls, access another person’s case, upload malicious files, interfere with service operation, or violate applicable law.
Availability, third parties, and disclaimers
Features may be pilot, beta, or preview services and may change, contain errors, experience downtime, or be withdrawn. The applications depend on telecommunications, email, hosting, public-data, browser, mobile-platform, and agency systems that ASL LLC does not control.
To the extent permitted by law, the applications are provided “as is” and “as available.” ASL LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect transcription, complete public records, a particular standards match, successful delivery or filing, agency acceptance, investigation, or outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, governing terms, and contact
ASL LLC may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Colorado law and applicable federal law govern without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
