StubSafe Terms of Service

These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of StubSafe: Private, offline-first pay-stub creation and pay-statement organization.

Relationship to the Master Terms

These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for StubSafe and the conflicting subject.

StubSafe-specific conditions

• You may create a pay statement only when you are authorized to do so and the information you enter is truthful and complete.
• StubSafe is not payroll, accounting, tax, employment, or legal advice. You are responsible for required calculations, deductions, filings, delivery, recordkeeping, and compliance.
• You may not use StubSafe to fabricate employment, income, deductions, or records, or to mislead a lender, landlord, employer, agency, court, or other person.
• Generated documents must be reviewed before use. A generated document is not independently verified by Auto Secure Login.

Authorized use and information

You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

Availability and preview services

Features may be beta, pilot, or prototype services and may change, contain errors, or stop without notice. We do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available.

Privacy, communications, and contact

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent and is governed by the SMS and MMS Terms. Review the project page or use the contact form with questions.
