Repo Runner Terms of Service

These app-specific terms (“App Terms”) govern use of Repo Runner: Accountable case, fleet, lot, release, billing, and audit workflows for authorized repossession businesses.

Relationship to the Master Terms

These App Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Auto Secure Login Master Terms of Service. Both documents apply. If they conflict, these App Terms control only for Repo Runner and the conflicting subject.

Repo Runner-specific conditions

• Use is limited to lawful, authorized business operations. Your organization is responsible for valid assignments, contracts, notices, policies, licensing, and compliance with applicable law.
• Location and GPS features may be used only for authorized employees, devices, vehicles, and business purposes with all required consent, notice, and access restrictions.
• Case, custody, condition, release, billing, time, and audit records depend on user input and do not independently establish legal authority, ownership, compliance, or the truth of a disputed event.
• Stop and obtain qualified review when identity, authority, an assignment, a hold, custody, release, payment, or applicable legal requirement is uncertain.

Authorized use and information

You must use the application only in a lawful and authorized manner. You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, consent, and legality of information you enter and for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

Availability and preview services

Features may be beta, pilot, or prototype services and may change, contain errors, or stop without notice. We do not promise that a feature, integration, source, or result will remain available.

Privacy, communications, and contact

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Any SMS or MMS messaging requires separate consent and is governed by the SMS and MMS Terms. Review the project page or use the contact form with questions.
